Family Day Visits

We provide 2 hour day visits to CAFT for children living with an illness, disability and social disadvantage. Individual families can enjoy our 10 acre site with an amazing array of things to see and do, allowing children to create, explore and play in an inclusive and accessible environment. What we provide goes so much further than just a few hours. All of our visits are free of charge; if you are able to, you can donate here.

To visit CAFT, one or more of the children aged 0-17 need to be eligible. Please check the application below for eligibility criteria or take a look at our FAQs for all information.

Animals

Come and meet our farm animals. We have Donkeys, Alpacas, Goats, Sheep, Ducks and a Pig.

Woodland

Our amazing woodland is full of discovery and creative play. We also offer marshmallow toasting around the campfire.

Play Area

We have a fully enclosed, well equipped grass play area to suit all abilities and needs including a wheelchair accessible roundabout and swing.

Family Residentials

Experience two nights on the farm as a family, with access to both our indoor and outdoor spaces.

We have two fully accessible, wheelchair friendly flats, which are equipped to cater for all needs and include hoists. There is also a farmhouse which is perfect for families or larger groups.

The CAFT Crew can arrange timed visits to the sports hall, sensory room & art room. Plus the hangout is available during your stay. Visit our FAQs for more information.

Monday 20th April 2026 – booking window will be open for one week to apply for a stay in July, August or September 2026.

Sensory Room

Our sensory room has an interactive floor, blue tooth speakers, multi lighting and no hard edges.

Sports Hall

The sports hall boasts a bouncy slide, table tennis, pool table, bouldering wall and ball games.

Creative Fun

Food lovers may enjoy some edible decoration or we can arrange art & crafts sessions in the art room.
