This year our woodland has seen exciting developments to enhance the CAFT visitor experience.
Our woodland has become the hub of most of our day visits, with ever changing activities and crafts for children to enjoy throughout the year, as well as being transformed for our seasonal themes of Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
The woodland encourages adventure, imagination and creative play whilst also creating a sensory space amongst calming sounds of nature and wildlife.
We are delighted to share that our pirate ship has had an incredible revamp and a new Adventure Trail has been added.
The pirate ship is now a fabulous multi functional and sensory area, and the trail provides a wonderful extension of the sensory experience in the woods; leading on from the sensory walkway and taking you to the relaunched pirate ship – all with accessible pathways.
